I'm New
Getting To Know One Another

Meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking.  We want to make your first trip to Haven Church a great one!  What’s the culture like at Haven?  Sundays at Haven are both exciting and relaxed.  Come as you are, and you will feel welcomed as our guest. You can also expect to hear a hope-filled message about Jesus in all our services.

How do I get there?

  • We are located in the Raleigh / Cary area on Tryon Road between Dillard Drive and Yates Mill Road.  Click here for a map and directions.  The address for your GPS is 5408 Tryon Road ⋅ Raleigh, NC.  We have reserved parking spots close to the front door for our guests so feel free to park close!

What are the service times?

  • Sunday Morning Worship begins at 10:30 am.  You can expect services to last about an hour, with half of the service filled with Praise and Worship of Jesus Christ, and the other half with the preaching of the Word of God.  We want all of our services to honor and glorify God.

What about my kids?

  • We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week - and at Haven Church we make this a priority. Our Onward Student Ministry is led by Student Ministries Pastor Kevin Banberger, and they can expect an exciting and interactive experience.  We also have a fun, safe and inviting nursery where children 3 and under have time to play and space to learn.  If you are a first time guest, ask one of our greeters about the student ministry and they will introduce you personally to Pastor Kevin.

How can I get connected?

  • We want you to feel like you're a part of our church from day one!  We invite you to join us in our Life Groups, which currently meet on Wednesday evenings at 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm in the Hospitality Room.  Attendance in these groups is open to everyone.  We have a time of prayer, then break off into individual groups.  The topic of discussion is always sermon notes from the previous Sunday Morning.   If you were not able to be with us, you can watch the message on our website, or on our Facebook page
So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone, in whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord.
